You have to have a criteria, 1 the scripture claims its from God, 2 the scripture is 100% preserved, 3 The scripture can not contain any contradiction and 4 is the most important one that is it must contain divine qualities and characteristics otherwise its just an ordinary book, so 4 is the most important one.
