Thanks! The superhuman strenght and reflexes I remember and it makes no sense and isn't reflective in other wolves so I always marked that down to her being a Tribrid. Freya literally remarks that she wished she had that core strength which is kind of stupid because nothing Hope was doing in that scene had anything to do with basic human training and was clearly supernatural. Tyler was an athlete but he had nothing close to that prior to being triggered. The whole point is that super hearing, super strength etc comes with triggering your curse. Non triggered wolves don't have that ability or those reflexes.

As far as the hearing goes I rewatched the scene in 5x1 and she did not show any signs that she was supernaturally eavesdropping, just regular eavesdropping and quite unsuccessfully at that. She literally says to Henry that she couldn't hear over his panicking. A wolf with supernatural ability wouldn't have been blocked from hearing simply because Henry was talking in the background. The fact that she had super reflexes while non triggered but not super hearing is ridiculous but it is canon. That said, Hope is not really a blueprint for other wolves for exactly the reasons listed with the show not being consistent with her having access to her wolf agility and reflexes to the degree that it straight up looks supernatural before she triggered her curse when other wolves don't.

But like you said earlier, we each have our own opinions and we can respectfully leave it at that :)
