Why does ISU let street preachers run hog wild in front of Parks all the time?

And in no world do I want to censor this kind of speech. It just doesn’t seem necessary for street preachers to have access to the Parks Lawn every day when 80% of the state is already Christian. And again, it’s hardly suppression when I still want to allow it like idk, every other day, instead of every day. I also don’t have an issue with the “Bible Talk” guy with the sign depicting people falling into hell by the thousands, because he at least has the decency not to shout at people(not that I know of anyway). In my ideal university, that dude is welcome every day. It’s the dudes shouting at folks that I have an issue allowing access every day.
