I don’t want to work 40 hours a week every week for the rest of my life

Hang in there, OP. I worked my dick slap off for people for 25 years. Worked to death for little to no money. But I always had a side hustle. I learned how to irrigate. Pumps , wells, sprinklers, fountains, and drainage. It's what I spent most of my career doing for other people. Covid came along. I quit working for others. Spent all my monies got the books, paid all the fees , jumped through all the hoops and fucked around and got my State contractors license. Immediately opened my own business and fuck em all. Work when and where and for who I want. Business is good. Stressful but exciting ya mean? Did I mention i spent my entire 20s incarcerated? So if a two bit, no good, hard working tool like myself can do it, so can you. Don't give up. There is always something better. I'm old. I'm only gonna spend another 4 years out in the field. We're looking to train someone to take over. People always pay good money for sprinkler work. You wanna work? Come to Florida. I know 3 people right now looking for help. You could go to work the day you get here. For real.
