Duality

You're the one who's implying that ESFPs are idiots and can't be successful.

LOL. Is this some desperate attempt to troll? I have not said anything definitive about ESFPs at all. I have only said that they are capable. How the heck is it offensive to say that ESFPs may or may not be workaholics et al? You must surely be trolling.

You seem to not even know what the word 'perhaps' means, when you interpreted that as an accusation. It means uncertainty. I used it specifically because I was speculating. In case you missed it, it was a rhetorical question.

That's two points on which you've failed to identify the uncertainty in my words. That's enough information for me to confidently type you.

Your responses ooze subjectivity and personal offense. You're reading "workaholic" to mean "someone who works hard or is successful". This isn't true at all, or a mutually exclusive statement that applies only to NJ types.

Yeah... my responses ooze subjectivity. So do yours, considering you just subjectively interpreted my comment, and it led you to misinterpreting it.

Personal offence, again no. I would have thought that was obvious considering I haven't been down-voting your comments. I find it funny that you're being so subjective whilst criticising me for being subjective.

They know how to "turn off" the work mentality and can easily switch from work to play unlike a J type, who is going to be naturally more high strung.

Umm... no. Types with Si & Ne are good at going from work to play (cite:Grigoriy Reinin; psychologist and mathematician). J is irrelevant to this issue.

Realistically, Se-doms might be better at making long term plans, because they often realize that any attempt to plan too far into the future is futile, and things must be taken as they come. Explain to me how this is not an Se-dom mentality.

Ni is not about being future oriented with long term plans. Ni has the ability to subjectively predict how processes will evolve. Se is the realistic, action oriented counterpart to Ni. Neither of these traits make one a long term planner. Every personality type has long term plans. An ESFP could decide when they are a child what career they desire, and then set out to achieve it twenty years later. Long term plans and goals are going to be influenced by functions, but to say that ESFPs don't make long range future plans is just wrong.
