Was I dumb for being so blunt on a job application?

Thank you for your comment :) Yes, I was naive. I literally thought, well, I don't want to be the reason somebody gets fired, even though she was severely out of line and harassed me three different times. Looking back though, I ruined myself the chance of a good reference and it makes me look bad. Not to mention, she got fired a few days later for arguing with and insulting clients. I was taught to be really reserved growing up, so I couldn't muster the courage to tell anybody about it. Because of how cold society is, I have also become cold and wouldn't care should this ever happen again. It's just really sad that I look like a bad person now for having "walked out" on a job. Having my background doesn't help neither.
