EA deleted my Origin account and EA help is totally ignoring me.

I dont know, enytime i had an issie with steam or a valve game i got my problems taken care of by valve, very slowly, but taken care of in the end without me having to do much.

CSGO told me i had been banned for hacking, i have never ever hacked in any online game, i told steam support, they unbanned my account after reviewing it. (Eventually some news poped up that some official Valve servers for csgo had been hacked and were flagging people to get banned maliciously).

A long time ago, before steam refunds or anything was a thing, i would sometimes request refunds on games that run badly for me, they have always said yes.

They have refunded games to my friends over the 2 hour limit recently, no questions asked.

A long time ago, i was at friends house and i was logged into my steam in his computer, we were talking about his Pc games and he decided to see if he could activate Prey (the original) in steam, he could, but didnt realise he did it on my account. It took 2 messages, one explaining the mistake, one with proof of purchase or the box with the serial key. The key got deleted from my account and added to his.

A friend had an old steam account only with CS:Source, but he didnt remember any detail about the account, the name, the email, didnt have the game or serial key either. Emailed valve, Valve said they couldnt do much, but told him to give them every email he remembers owning and they would see if they had that email with only one CS:source game, eventually they found the account and sent him the info of the attached email so he could reset password.

Im not saying valve is perfect, but over the years, anytime i had to deal with valve i was happy about the outcome, except for the time it takes for them to read and answer your issue. They do take their customer seriously, they dont brush off their issues.

Also, as a side note, as much as i dont like almost anything ubisoft, the few times i have contacted support it has always been excellent.
