If Lyon are waiting till the transfer market officially opens which is today or they are delaying so they can transfer this deal to it's accounts for next season as they have already had a great financial year selling Lacazette and Tolliso then the deal is definitely not falling apart. It is just delayed a few days. It is mutually beneficial for both clubs as Lyon get to put this transfer in it's accounts for next season and Liverpool can make sure that the whole of yesterday and possibly today is dedicated to Kenny being knighted. Furthermore, Paris are playing in Lyon tonight so it would make sense that the transfer is revealed after the game and not beforehand.
