You either die a hero or whatever

Whilst what you said is undoubtedly true, it feels like you're trying to indirectly diminish women's problems here. Yes, in some cases, people are unfairly prejudiced against men, and I'm not trying to say that's ok because it isn't, but equally, a lot of the things that people try to make out as being major problems... aren't. Take your second example here for instance, there really aren't anywhere near as many cases of that as you would expect, and there is a fair number of cases of women being prosecuted for sexual assault. It is an undeniable fact that in a sexual assault case, the perpetrator is more likely to be a man than a woman, so you can't blame people for believing the alleged victim, even if it turns out to be a false allegation: this is what courts are for. Lots of awful men (and women too, yes, but I would say more men) also get away with sexual assault because of that kind of "the victim is probably just making it up" attitude. Even in the first example, which is definitely a more prevalent issue, it still isn't anywhere near a universal prejudice. My overall take on the issue is this: every group suffers problems that are unique to that group, but just because one group does, it doesn't mean that other groups do not. Men and women both face issues that aren't faced by other genders, so just because men face problems, it doesn't mean they don't sometimes cause problems too. The same goes for women of course. You can't just look at the problems that men face and say "being a man is so hard" or words to that effect without also looking at all the privileges they have too.
