I should have rephrased what I said. I don’t mean that being trans is a mental illness, I mean gender Dysphoria is a mental illness. By the logic that being trans means that you have mental illness, gender identity would be a mental illness which it’s not. Being trans is our way of coping with and dealing with gender Dysphoria. I am genuinely sorry if what I said was misconstrued as me being bigoted because that was absolutely not the intention. I try not to offend people, but sometimes I do it by accident. I was wrong in what I said, and I think I’m just a lost trans gal that is in need of guidance. I’m willing to learn if you are willing to teach.
