This, in a nutshell, is why Christianity is viewed so cynically and with skepticism by some (and rightfully so). Moral, ethical, "Christian values" don't apply until it's convenient or beneficial.

Trump was their hero until he became too toxic/damaged to support. He was everything Christianity says you shouldn't be.. but he was theirs, so they turned a blind eye. Fuck everything about this. I'm a Christian and Trump is disgusts me in every manner possible. He isn't representative of me or my faith and fuck all those "Christians" who look the other way while he shamelessly burns everything around him.
