eJuiceMafia has the worst customer service I've ever seen

I had a similar experience with them, using the same black friday discounts. I paid for the prime shipping, as the order was so ridiculously cheap, never got it. I called because they eventually left me a message, but I had just missed the chance to reorder and the>I'll present all the facts in timeline format as I think it will be easier to read that way. This was the worst customer experience I've had so far with anything vaping related.

  • 11-26 I place an order with ejuicemafia.com for 120ml of Cherry Limeade in 6mg. This happened during the Black Friday sales, total price of $14.00. Awesome price, super happy at this point.

  • 11-30 USPS shipping label is created. 4 day delay is 100% acceptable due to sales and everything else. Still happy.

  • 12-1 Package accepted at origin.

  • 12-4 Package delivered. Opened package and put into my storage drawer as I wasn't going to vape it right away.

  • 12-6 Took out bottle and noticed that the nicotine content was 3mg, I ordered 6mg. No big deal I'll send an email and we'll get this fixed. email

  • 12-15 Still no response from vendor. Between this day and 12-6 I noticed they were active on Reddit so I sent a PM to the account. No response. Ok, I'll send a follow up email. email

  • 12-17 Finally, a response. Vendor says OK we see the mixup and we'll see what we can do to fix it. email

  • 12-18 I send a reply saying ok great lets get this resolved. Not very happy at this point because it took 11 days to get a basic response from the vendor. email

  • 12-18 Vendor says they will refund me $5 for my troubles and recommend I have my local vape shop fix the nicotine content. This is NOT an acceptable resolution to me. email email2

  • 12-18 I reply saying that this is not acceptable to me as I am not going to ask a local shop to fix a product that I didn't even buy from them. I offer multiple acceptable resolutions. email

  • 12-23 (12:54 PM) No response so far. I send an email with notification that I will perform a chargeback in 4 days if they make no effort to make it right, justified by the fact that I did not receive the product I ordered. Plus the fact that they are ignoring me hoping I will just go away and forget about it. email

  • 12-23 (1:07 PM) I receive a refund for the remaining $9 of the order. Still no email from them except the shopify one notifying me of the refund. Quick refund though as soon as i say the word chargeback. Funny how they couldn't be bothered to respond for days at a time but I say 'chargeback' and I have a refund in 13 minutes. email

  • 12-23 (3:45 PM) I send another email letting them know about how I feel about the whole situation but still wishing them well in the future. email

  • 12-23 (4:28 PM) I receive an email in a ...not so happy manner telling me I got what I wanted, a refund. Which is not the case. It is only $14, it wasn't about the money. At this point it is about the fact that they ignored me for days at a time. email

  • 12-23 (5:22 PM) I send an email back to them with the timeline of events reminding them of how the whole thing went. Also letting them know that I know a chargeback would hurt them and why they jumped when I mentioned the word. email1 email2

17 days total. 9 days since initial email until they even responded. 2 emails sent for each one reply because they always ignored the first hoping I would just forget about it. The nicotine mixup was not a big deal at all, it happens. Happy as a clam when I sent the first email, they completely blew it when they ignored my emails. I sent 2 PMs on reddit between emails because I saw they were active yet not responding to my emails..It wasn't about the money at all, I just wanted the nicotine level I ordered but to handle it like this was not acceptable at all.

This was the worst customer service I've experienced in my 3 years vaping.

y refunded me, which is great, but I would have rather gotten a hasty response and I could be vaping some banana cream and butterscotch, like originally planned
