Ended up with 56 k after a 100 thousand dollar max settlement from motorcycle crash that was initially worth over a million. help?

i went to school and have a degree in criminal justice . i took all the cop tests around me and i was supposed to take the physicals while i was waiting in the hospital and i can't even perform the physicals at this point nor would i wanna put other people's lives in danger knowing i have tremors in my hands and i can't sprint at full speed like i used too. i could always find an investigator job or something and use my degree in another way. it's just not going to be easy finding something in that field. i had great medical insurance as i was working for a union in construction in the city and moving my way up to being a consistent high paid worker. i might have to go back to school and find something different or just apply myself for other jobs outside my initial career choice. idk what i'm gunna do at this point honestly i'm kind of lost mentally and distraught from this whole situation. everyone on this sub has just been straight up scummy and downvoting everything i've said because i didn't have the know how about each and every aspect of insurance going into buying a motorcycle. not everyone looks into all these things before they buy one and i didn't think i'td turn bad so quick. it's not my fault and i'm not ungrateful for what my lawyer has done i'm just disgusted in how little i got for how badly it affected my life.
