Entitled Mom cuts off my education for an absurd reason.

UPDATE: My mom's ego is still bruised, but my dad threatened to separate with my mom and she'll never see me again since I'm going to be in the legal age soon, and I can decide who I can go live with. After long hours of them arguing, my mom still hasn't gotten our point, but she's considering paying for my education again if that's gonna make me stay.

If you're wondering why can't my dad just pay for my education instead, he has a lower income than my mom and he pays for rent, electricity, and water bills. He also has a big debt because of a kidney stone treatment he had a few years back. He can't afford my tuition. Even if I can just go to a community college, he insists that I stay in the private integrated school I go to because he knows I want to study dentistry at its university.

My mom's reaction to my dad's threat just shows that she plans to forever have me in her clutch. Maybe she just loves me too much? I don't know, but I'm planning to just put up with her toxicity until I'm finally financially stable to be on my own.

Children and teens like me do not get much help from the government or other organizations and would probably end up in the streets, homeless. That's unfortunately what I learned today.
