I dropped out of college at 21, had terrible grades. Got a full time job and slowly progressed in my field (insurance/ State Farm). However, at 26 (I’m 28 now) I decided I didn’t want to remain stagnant or severely under achieving; I felt I was wasting my intelligence and abilities, and went back to school. Since going back I have a 3.5GPA, realized I actually enjoy math (when I apply myself), and will be the first in my family to graduate from college with a bachelors degree this coming Fall. And I did it while maintaining my full time job, and paying completely out of my own pocket without any outside help.

I still have no clue where I found the motivation to follow through with my education.
