I don’t love tiktok is the thing.i just hate it when people label any platform as bad because of their circle jerk clique where one of the few defining things of a lot of people’s online presence is just making fun of younger people and what they like. Reddit has a fuck ton of cringe, like this entire conversation for example, but you don’t see people making memes about how much Reddit sucks. I think dunking on anything someone else likes for being “cringe” when it isn’t affecting you is a waste of time. Also there is a decent amount of funny stuff on tictoc that I imagine if it was uploaded on YouTube and not tiktok a lot of people wouldn’t label as cringe because hating tiktok is the cool thing to do.
