I agree with you. Like I said to another guy here.

I'm pretty trad and so is my wife, so abortion is never even a topic that would be considered as an option, hell we have 2 kids and we never even said the word.

But if you must allow this garbage to exist, having both artificial wombs to allow men to have their wanted child and likewise financial abortion to handle unwanted is a "gEndEr EqUaliZinG" chance for both genders.

I think the concept of gender equality is childish at best and rejects the immutable reality that lays before our eyes... but that's the clown world we live in. If logical absurdity must exist, you may as well make it fair.
