Of course it's men thing too, but the point is society has always been male dominated, and something like Bollywood is the fantasy of common people, what is shown in front of camera, the reality is far away from it, cinema is the most male dominated industry with women having literally zero power, girls go through casting couch at so many level, made to do lots of skin show and sex scenes in front of camera, and even after all these struggles and sacrifices, when they reach at the top, there are always catfights between actresses for things, which men may consider stupid like clothes, styling, amount of screen space, they simply can't fight it against a male colleague.
