A Fan Favorite You Don't Like

please (if you could) link me unedited, well lit pics of ur skin using high coverage foundation with the name of the foundation you used. I have dry skin and it’s a nightmare.

TBH this is more of a skincare issue than a foundation brand issue. Growing up I could not even get BB creams or tinted moisturizers to look non-cakey on my face. How skin-like foundation appears really depends on how smooth and hydrated your skin is underneath. And you can't just slap any oil/lotion on very dry skin and expect makeup to look good on it. It needs to be exfoliated and properly hydrated in a way that actually works for you.

I started shaving (which gently exfoliates and gets rid of the little baby hairs that foundation clings to) and experimented with moisturizers until I found one that worked. Suddenly I could wear full coverage matte foundation and even powder. If I skip exfoliation and hydration I can tell in a few days my makeup starts looking shitty again.

Also drink lots of water.
