No, that kind of thing is always uttered at me when someone let's their anger control them. I say a lot of shit on reddit constantly met with massive downvotes and vitriol. Examples include shit like me saying "if you accept incest but not homosexuality you're a hypocrite."
This hypothetical scenario could not occur because you can't satisfy everyone with the same chemicals. It doesn't matter that all humans have dopamine going through their bloodstream. Certain urges can't be satisfied with dopamine and everyone is different. Even if you somehow perfectly regulated the hormone, you'd need to take control of someone's mind directly to make sure they stay in those machines. I would need to literally think this is good for me no matter what while Im under the effects of the drug. When you feel pleasure, you don't lose all sense of reason becoming some vegetable. That's not how science works. The AI would need to physically alter my personality memories and consciousness to achieve this kind of result.
That simple thing is why this kind of hypothetical makes no sense and why it isn't plausible. The comic makes it seem like people have lost their sense of reason and logic and only want to feel one thing when none of that is shown or even insinuated .
