I'm actually glad you mentioned that because the spot in particular I'm thinking of is not the beach but the trail that runs along the cliffs overlooking the beach.

I originally came out here to visit a friend in 2015, and I remember just being in awe of the view. I have family that paints for a living and it seems like I was just walking around in a oil landscape out there. When I would lie in bed in Somerville with two layers of winter clothes on because my oil heating gave out yet again amidst the mix of sweat and water mildewing on my boots from the snow, I would think of those views.
