Feldrake, Dragon Kite and Pepetual Purple Firework will be given away as Twitch drops in the coming weeks.

This person is trolling you. All you have to do is make a Twitch account, link your battle.net account to your twitch account (google how to do this), then during the time the events are going (it'll be 1 a week starting Nov 15th) go to a participating WoW streamer who has drops enabled and watch 4 hours each week to get each drop.

If you want to see participating channels, you have a couple of options. Go to the World of Wacraft section on Twitch and just pick one that has drops enabled in the title. Or, on the Twitch page you can click your Account icon in the top right of the page, click Drops on the dropdown menu. It will bring up a new page with Inventory and All Campaigns, click All Campaigns. Find World of Warcraft on the list (this will only work once the event is started), and click on Go to a participating live channel. Then pick one of the streams, and there you go. Have the window open for 4 hours, watch if you want, mute it and drop the resolution so it can run in the background if you don't, and assuming the channel is streaming for the 4 hours you should get the drop. If the stream stops you just go to another and it will contine.

Back on the page that had Drops and All Campaigns, in Drops you'll be able to see your progress on the drop.
