First build help appreciated

This is one of the quirkiest builds i've ever seen. You have a locked i7, $100 AIO water cooler, overclocking motherboard, 16gb of ram and a 750ti. I'd maybe understand this in a photoshop build, but you have a 144hz TN monitor, which makes me believe that this is a gaming rig.
