Food service workers, besides the recycled pizza conspiracy at Chuck E Cheese, what are some other gross and maybe, unethical, business practices your job makes you do?

Worked some place for about two months before I couldn't take it anymore. Dishes/utensils were only washed with hot water not soap, dunked in two different cleaner tubs with food from weeks sticking all over the sides. They used sink water to make the pre-made drinks like iced tea. They told me not to wash the lemons (for slices) because it took too long. Utensils used for scooping butter/sauces were dunked in water throughout the day as "cleaning". Co-workers told me to just fake my side work of cleaning out salad dressing and renewing it because no one else actually did it either. Breakroom consisted of two dirty ass paintcans to sit on. Yeehch.
