It looks different but it’s the same location.

I know this because Greenwich Street only appears in one location and that is where I am in the photos.

Another indication of it being the same place is seen by the same buildings in the background and the same railings Peter and Miles stand in front of. Even the alleyway is the exact same, except it’s darkened in the trailer so it looks slightly smaller as you can’t distinguish where the wall ends.

The only actual differences are pretty minor, those being that Mikal’s Diner is not in the game, some buildings have a different edge and the plants in front of the railings aren’t there either.

In fact, the sign which says “Greenwich Street” also says “Goodman Street” which isn’t in the game. I walked up and down Greenwich Street and not once did I see “Goodman Street” on the signs.

It is the same location, but just looks different because they’ve most likely updated the map for the sequel.
