Found out that my daughter [16F] has been scamming people online for money.

Well, let's just say a few years ago I was in an abusive relationship. I paid $140 per session to a therapist who would advise me to leave him (I just needed SOMEONE on my side to tell me it was okay to leave my abuser, I had no friends or family within 3,000 miles of me), but the therapist basically told me to stay...I then got quite suicidal and almost jumped off the bridge at deception pass. But I decided I'd give outside help one more chance.

So then I paid $20 to three different tarot card readers - ALL of them said leave leave leave and that better things were on the horizon. Well, I actually DID leave after this and yes, I did have better things on the horizon.

Had therapy not been $140 per session, I would have tried other therapists. It's kind of fucked up a few tarot readers (who may very well have been scamming me and "making it all up" as opposed to believing in what they were saying) helped me more than a trained therapist! Honestly I feel more scammed by the therapist.
