[Full Highlight] Jose Altuve and the Astros walk-off the Yankees after scoring 6 runs in the bottom of the 9th.

Disagree.

With the Astros it was a majority of the entire team; with the Red Sox it was a single guy (replay system operator) being an idiot and relaying info that - as far as i know - was never used given no one else was specifically named as having used the info. If the commish is going to punish accordingly, I would have expected all who were guilty would have been punished, and yet what basically happened was the idiot was suspended and the Sox lost a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick for what amounted to the baseball equivalent of 'lack of institutional (organizational) control'.

I've no problem with nailing those responsible, but apply responsibility specifically to who it falls to, not an entire group. Otherwise it is guilt by association and a fallacy.

That said, I'm looking forward to seeing how the rules concerned commish is going to handle the Yankees (and other teams that have mentioned as well ) given they're also alleged to have broken rules, yet their defense for releasing a letter pertaining to the matter is that it would 'damage' their reputation.
