G633.

I have a Corsair Void Pro headset and I get intermittent connection issues. It will connect and audio works, but CUE will not recognize it right away. Usually I can just unplug the receiver and plug it back in and it works after a couple times. I suspect windows may be loading just a generic driver instead of the Corsair driver and it just takes a few tries to get it right. You could try uninstalling the driver and manually installing the driver from Logitech's website. You could also try to move your receiver closer, but wireless headsets have a pretty impressive range these days, so that's likely not your problem, at least it never is in my case.

If that doesn't do it, check to make sure you're on the latest version of LGS. I was having trouble with a mouse not being recognized and then I realized my version was about a year old. I uninstalled and did a clean install of the latest version on Logitech's site and that fixed the issue.

Ghub is pretty inconsistent right now, I wouldn't recommend it.

Otherwise, if it's a 2.4 ghz receiver, it could be interference from your wifi network or others in range. You may have to dive into your router's settings and lower your channel width or manually choose a channel if your router supports it. One easy way to test if your wifi is interfering would just be shutting off your router and then plugging in the receiver. There isn't really a reliable test against other networks in range other than moving out of the range of the network.

Hope this helps.
