"Game Sharing" is identified as Marketplace Theft

You couldn't be more wrong even if you tried harder.

Those specific terms you are referencing from the Enforcement channel are directly related to people using legitimate and/or dummy accounts to distribute licensed digital content such as digital games and DLC to anyone and everyone.

This was and is done by having someone purchasing and/or attaching a DRM license digital games and DLC on a Gamer Profile legitimately or otherwise and then providing that Gamer Profile file online for people to recover and use while connected to Xbox LIVE. People would then recover these profiles and use the "Second Profile" glitch to permanently or temporarily attach the license to play the games and DLC to their main gamer profile so as to play these games, unlock achievements and Avatar Awards.

Everyone that did this with a console connected to Xbox LIVE was Profile Banned for the profile that was also signed in during the "Second Profile" glitch to play the distributed licensed content. These shared Profiles would have dozens if not hundreds or even thousands of consoles accessing them with Microsoft having the ability to track it's use. People doing this weren't necessarily console banned, merely the profile that was also used at the time.

On the other hand...

Recovering a profile on Xbox 360 to make a purchase so as to split the DRM license between your console and a friend's Gamer Profile never resulted in someone being banned for that specific action.

The Xbox One extended this profile sharing option outright through "My Home Xbox" without the need to make the purchase on your console with a recovered profile. "My Home Xbox" automatically splits and shares the DRM license between the "Home" console and the Gamer Profile that made the purchase.

Sharing licenses of digital games and DLC through "My Home Xbox" is not a Code of Conduct violation and is not something acted upon by the Enforcement team. This is regardless of whether or not you legitimately plan on using that other console at any point in time.

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and are spreading false information so as to scare people.

Nobody is being suspended or banned for using "My Home Xbox". If someone who is using "My Home Xbox" has an enforcement action on their account/console then it is for something else and not "My Home Xbox".

We already know from Phil Spencer directly that they are looking to extend the "My Home Xbox" concept beyond just sharing content between 2 consoles and to do something perhaps similar to the original "Faming Sharing" plan before all the people with supposedly unreliable Internet freaked out about the DRM and daily checkins.
