Yeah I disagree completely. Its a free game so complaining about cosmetics which is a very minor part of the franchise shouldn't be this much of an issue.

Yes - Armour mods are minor because every. Single. Game. Has been red vs blue. That's a fact. Armour coatings havnt meant much. And if you buy battle pass - you are still getting new coatings. So don't spend money if you don't want too but you can't really complain about unlocks if you refuse to buy battle pass.

Is it perfect? No. But again, it's a free game.

People have complained about the wrong issues. Legitimate issues like mid game crashes, cheaters, lag etc. Were all put aside because people complained about playing dress up. While competitive players who actually like the game have to deal with stuff that actually needs fixing.
