Decline to State Ethnicity and/or Sex?

I knew someone would come in saying this. Look it's a legitimate debate but I wouldn't resort to attacking people personally for saying what I'm saying? How does this make me a dick? That I have a higher admission standard to the same school as someone who could come from a more affluent background, the difference being my ancestor's group(not necessarily any of MY ancestors) weren't historically discriminated against? Do you realize everyone applying ALREADY went to undergrad? Everyone applying is fucking privileged! How do you explain Latinos acting like they suffered anywhere close to blacks or native Americans? So they deserve preference in admissions too? A group made up of individuals who CHOSE to come to America in an act of economic self-interest now gets rewarded because they are having the same issues as all newly immigrated groups, the same way Jews, Italians, and the Irish did before them? What about Chinese Americans? Why do they need to do more than Latinos when they've faced much larger barriers to assimilation? Why should a hardworking Chinese American kid with a 170 get beat out of his spot at Columbia by a African American with a 165 who never worked as hard as him? Because he has more privilege??? Because the African American mid deserved it more?? Please.

Poor white kids whose ancestors never had slaves or even lived in the U.S.? Oh they have white privilege so they deserve to work harder for no reason other than the way they were born.

What about the basically white half native American kid who only claims native American for admissions even though he has never suffered due to his ethnicity? Isn't he gaming the system from someone who has suffered such as a real native American who grew up on a reservation in poverty. Do you see how complicated this issue is when you divide racial groups up based upon Generalities and leave out the specific merits of individuals?

So basically fuck off if you're going to judge me based on anything about my race. You assume the system is just but really it's full of huge problems that does not treat as equal people who should be treated as equal.
