Someone pls help
After getting home today, I was able to play for a little before sound just stopped coming through my TV.
I tried every trick in the book, browsing the internet and YouTube, to no avail. I hard reset countless times. I plugged the HDMI into every port on my TV and nothing. I used a different HDMI cable and nothing…I know it’s not the HDMI cable I already had as I switched it with the cable I use for my 360 and it worked perfectly, aka had sound and picture, nor is it the TV as I get sound on everything else, just not the X1X.
The HDMI port had no damage nor was it really dusty, but I cleaned it anyways without results. I even factory reset both my TV and console as a last resort and still nothing…
Thankfully I can still use my headset, but it’s a big inconvenience when I want to watch Netflix, YouTube, or whatever. Any help would be greatly appreciated
