The Fox19 story came out Feb. 28, 2023
RA does not seem to be suspected in the Stephensons' murder; the Fox19 article indicates that he is not:
"To be clear, Cox says their investigation into a potential link between the two cases did not include Richard Allen. When Boone County detectives were in Delphi, Allen was already in jail, where he has been since October 2022, accused in the murders of Abby and Libby."
So RA’s been locked up since Oct 2022, and in "November 2022, a tip led [the Stephenson investigators] to Indiana.” I suppose it’s possible that RA was the one who gave investigators that tip, but it's just a hunch that it wasn't RA.
