This girl made me angry. Let me sever her spine

Proving intent in a situation like this is a VERY slippery slope and why I do not put blame on him. You wanna put the blame on him then you have to prove the following:

  • What does he mean by "ram"? He said it right after "ramming" her the first time which shows he had restraint at first and alludes to him doing the same thing, not knocking her unconscious.

    • Did he intend to hurt her?
    • Were his hands on the brakes?
    • Did he have time to even put on the brakes even for self-preservation purposes?
    • He mentions in the original thread he posted about this that his screams were to make the girl go, why is that being taken otherwise?

You can argue a lot of this and I'll even go as far as say he was negligent in behaviour but unless you question the guy you cannot come to the conclusion he is at fault when the whole thing would have been prevented if the family were following the rules.

If you put this whole situation on the highway and the girl was killed, who's at fault? You're not supposed to stop on the highway either and brake-checking someone is a criminal offence in itself. Whether the driver at question is bananas is irrelevant and the family member driving would have been charged with reckless endangerment, NOT the guy. It's much easier to prove when you get them on camera visibly breaking the rules.
