This is something that I want to savor for a minute. You are telling me that as soon as I am stronger then you, it gives you the right to retaliate against me, beat me. Whip me, and use tricks against me, because as soon as I go, ok, till here and no further, no you get a beating, you spring up and go, but friend, I am weaker then you, therefore you using violence against me would be wrong.

No. The entire basis of the system of justice can not be to make the physically strong the whipping posts of society, the ones you can beat if you are just feeling it, because that is solving violence by creating a class of people that doi not have any right to defen themself, just because they happen to be stronger. ( just on a sidenote, any person even vaguely proficcient in martial arts can tell you that size and strength is more of a weakness then a gift, simply because of this. )

Nope. I hate the idea of anybody, no matter when where or how, being told to not fight back and just take it, because violence is not the answer. No. Different viewpoint. She got beat while on the floor to prevent further acts of bullying. If she just got her ass beat the regular way, it would be enough for maybe a day or two, as long as it hurts, before the verbal and physical abuse would start again. Before the "You are not allowed to hit back, so let me beat on you" gets going. before the next victim gets made a target off, just because it is not up to her standarts.

the lacking the most human feat of compassion part is easily explained. YOU barged in on me explaining that I am glad and happy a victim stood up to its bully. That once, a bully will forever remember the one time she got the shit beat out of her for assuming anybody was worthy of such disgusting methods, and that maybe, the time she looks like rhianna will help cement it in her face that it is not ok to do this, if she is already incapable of understanding the reasons why you should not bully in the first place, maybe the bruises will help her remember. That maybe, if you bully like this, we do not learn that violence is not the answer through arguments, but instead, we learn to use violence only as a last resort because violence fucking hurts. I would have been glad if I had gotten so much as a basic condemnation of the bullyish behavior from you, but nope, the first argument out of your mouth is, all forms of violcence are wrong.

The one big thing is, I will never ever deny a victim the revenge of giving the bully exactly what it wants.

If a bully comes to a victim that hits back, the fight goes on as long as it has to for panic to set on the bullies face that "Oh shit, not only am I going down, nobody has my ass. "

Because yea. One of the most fundamental rules that I follow is, be ready to recieve what you ish out, or if you are not ready to be on the recieving end, don't dish out at all.
