Wrong move brother, YOU LOSE! [x-post r/videos]

Experience is how I know. Do you really want me to break down all the tells? I have been in these situations for over a decade. It's a career. I train employees how to handle these situations.

The two officers were more than arms length away, and were calm in their stance. Neither of the two were planning on subduing him. The male had gloves on, and was likely going to search the man. They do this if there's any suspicion of danger. They would know this by the call from the employees or patrons of the business.

He was being detained, which isn't against the law. There was no threat of violence at first. He was given time to cooperate. Up until the third officer arrived. She either contacted him to come in, or he told her he was there. Either way, before that radio communication, there was no violence intended. It's painfully obvious. There's 39 seconds of filming where at any point he could have said he would cooperate and things would have gone differently. How do I know? That's what they were attempting to do when the two were standing there alone. Neither of them made any moves to arrest. Even their verbal communication was calm and deliberate. His final words before being tackled was "you better get off me" which was not a cooperative thing to say. A threat is resisting.

Finally, if my experience and breakdown of the scene doesn't do it for you, then one final question. How do you know what happened before the video? How can you say that you know that no one tried to de-escalate the situation?
