Yup. That's how this shit has always worked. The wealthy tell working class and poor white people that the reason they are getting fk'd is because of working class and poor POC. Due to the demographics of the United States population this excuse has been working as a political scapegoat because overall white people are the majority of the population.

Something that is kinda interesting is that as America becomes "less white" due to interracial marriages and because since the late 1970s all the goverment eugenics programs were finally banned... this tactic of pitting lower and middle class white people against non-white people will stopping being politically viable. If white people are no longer a super majority of American voters, then scapegoating non-white people isn't going to get you votes or make people ignore you fk'n them over.
