I'd suggest including some reference to the portrayal of prone restraints when you leave comments saying the movie includes deadly misinformation, because without that information it's easy to shrug off a movie being called deadly as being hyperbole.

But I must say, I'm dubious about your claim that because the restraint is portrayed on screen that means it's being shown as being an acceptable thing to do. This is not inherent, and context is key. Portrayal of something on screen is not the equivalent of an endorsement (though that is a common sentiment/argument).

For example, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest portrays a lobotomy being performed on a mental health patient, though I would say the context of it in the film is the opposite of an endorsement.
