Is this a good Youtube setup for my friend (OBS)

Heres a little build I threw together. Tried to shave you a few dollors and cram a bit more performance where it counts, just for reference I threw a 380x in there but by the time october rolls around there could be completely new hardware out (and maybe the 480s would be in stock).
