Google's DeepMind defeats legendary Go player Lee Se-dol in historic victory

...wat.

You can't just name more mathematicians and say "but they were better" you clearly don't know how math or science really works. Every mathmetician is building off the work of those before. I bet you didn't even know Ramanujan worked off of Gauss's Hypergeometric function, which Hardy was more than impressed with.

Ramanujan's impact in infinite series and his contributions in math are unparalleled. Yet here you are trying to name mathematicians in entirely separate areas "better".

Dude, what are you doing? How about I just make this easier for you: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nick_Bostrom

This is Nick Bostrom, who a guy easily 10x smarter than you named. He has worked with hundreds of mathematicians on simulation theory and tons and tons of people on ethics and numerous other fields that all revolve around technology and computing.

In case you don't get this in your little, reductionist Dickens mind, but philosophy extends beyond science in proposing theory risk, and logic into every piece of work, which Bostrom has excelled at. His work on existential risk has been cited by Elon Musk and Bill Gates as a top priority.

He holds a BA in philosophy, mathematics, mathematical logic, and artificial intelligence. I hold two degrees of knowledge in one of these subjects and I can guarantee I know more about pretty much any scientist or even scientific equation than you. I even knew of Bostrom's mathematical simulation formula back when I had to study it.

My point with all of that was that degrees and every slight bit of credibility you are trying to propose is worthless. Every single person I have mentioned incluing myself know more about this then you. So how about you stop giving your stupid opinion about philosophy and learn something before shitting on it?
