So what would that look like? Is Clint supposed to be with Josh every day? Every other day? Giving him advice about every decision Josh makes? Making sure he showers, brushes his teeth, does his laundry? Taking him out into public and teaching him social skills? Trying to get him to stop drinking? Helping him find a job? Giving him advice about his unhealthy relationship with the internet? Taking him out to buy new clothes?

Would that be enough for you people?

And I wonder how Josh would respond... would he gratefully accept the help, or would he become frustrated and throw it all back in Clint's face? Does Clint not have a life of his own? How much time and energy do you think he has for his son who is almost 30?

In a perfect world, we could just wave a magic wand over the people we care about and they would magically change. But unfortunately for Clint, I think the dark powers may have skipped a generation.
