Grubhub deactivating low AR? Not even warning nor appeal

I am in Vegas too. Got deactivated last Monday but had already been hearing about the mass deactivations for a month. Seems a new group is let go every Monday after Program level stats update. I literally know dozens of drivers here deactivated for AR. Some go back to when GH started in Vegas and still have contacts at the company. They have been specifically told it's because of their low AR.

I have been a GH driver since 2018. Delivered over 5000 regular orders and 100s of catering. I have never had a violation or issue with my deliveries. My AR dropped to 8% and I was deactivated. The weekly deactivations are beginning to look automated at this point. Stats update on Monday and a new group of low AR drivers are deactivated. 

I get so few orders on GH now that it's easy to have a low AR. Not sure if I care either. GH became unimportant to me 2 years ago. However, an app deactivating for AR is concerning to me. GH can't be allowed to get away with us or other apps will follow. It's straight-up bullying drivers to accept money losing orders or face deactivation.
