A guide to how late you can get an abortion in each state as of June 24th, 2022.

My personal opinion is that a woman always has a choice whether or not to have baby inside her body. If it being removed from her body necessitates it dying, then she still has the right to remove it.

However if there is a way to remove the baby from her body that still preserve it's life (e.g. by c-section or induction) then this is the option that should be pursued. Choosing to remove it in a different way, specifically so you can end it's life would be wrong, unless of course there is something profoundly medically wrong with the baby.

To conclude a woman always has a right to decide whether or not she will carry a baby (a choice that may have implications for it's life), but never the right to explicitly decide that it should die.
