Jake is the VP of Marketing at Movement Mortgage, which was founded by his wife’s brother Casey Crawford (former football player).

Jake is fucking clueless at his job. His only meaningful contributions are Gary Visms and choosing which tshirt designs he likes the most (hint: it’s gonna be the ones he paid the 704 shop guy to do). He has no idea how to lead a department or really how to market a business, especially in a housing environment like the current one. He’s basically an internal hype man and it’s just as cringy and lame at the office as it is at Panthers games.

Just this year he lost the company millions because he decided to make building a custom CRM part of marketing’s job, even though he had zero experience leading a thing related to enterprise software. But he still has his job! All nepotism.
