what's the most f**ked up thing your best friend did/said that made you break the friendship with them?

I'll call him Dick. Our mutual friends, Jack and Jill, announced their engagement. Dick tried to 'call' best man. Jack had already decided his best friend (not Dick) was going to be the best man. Dick threw a temper tantrum which culminated in him saying if he couldn't be best man, he wouldn't go to the wedding at all.

Dick was a grown-ass 35 year old man. He had a long history of attention seeking behaviors. I think the biggest thing about being best man, for him, was to be as close as possible to the center of attention. But this was the last straw for us all with him, if he couldn't put it aside for one of the most important days of our friends' lives, then fuck him.
