Clearly you are missing the point. Hamilton won 3rd place on merit. That's a fact. He did not cheat to gain a place he did not earn. It's an important distinction that has to be clarified. He earnt 3rd place in a shitbox car and McLaren messed it all up by telling him to yield when he did not need to at all.

Also, if you wanna be technical, Hamilton didn't decieve anybody when he first got out of the car and actually his first response was to the media where he told them the truth about letting Trulli through. It was only after his media obligations that he then met with Dave Ryan where his story changed and they told the stewards a different version of events.
