Wolff: F1 must better define when to use red flags

I'm saying that if you have a compromised tire, the onus is on YOU to pit and get it fixed. Not on the rest of the grid to bend around the fact that you took car damage.

I just don't think debris on the track should entitle the entire grid to a free pit stop. Even if that debris resulted in stopping the race.

Your whole argument completely ignores that usually a red flag incident also means that there is a lot of debris on the track, increasing the risk of a puncture... So if you get a puncture due to the debris from the crash that caused a red flag you are going into the race with a flat tire causing a new SC or Red flag immediately because the tire is going to get ripped apart
