Not at all. I went through the same situation and you won't withdraw cause you are still getting opioids/opiates. My tolerance was a lot higher when I got out of the hospital and off the pain meds they prescribed me though, but after getting back on Kratom only eventually your tolerance will drop back down. However be warned that the antagonists in Kratom will effect absorption of your pain meds for a day or two after cause of the antagonists still lingering in your system, especially cause you use a crazy high dose of 40-50g a day (seriously recommend you drop that ASAP. You will get much better effects at lower doses. That much a day and your system is flooded with opioid antagonists that block the agonists from working and providing the good effects.)
