Seems like people who hate the simulation room dont want to play the game at all lol, makes me wonder why they even stick with it

Since this is primarily an idle game, when I am too behind in power to push story simulation and interception are the only times I can get in any hands on gameplay.

There would straight up be no regular active gameplay without simulation room after reaching endgame power blocks since events are so easy there is no point to manual them and it takes weeks to reach the ever increasing power requirements for story.

I really hope they don't listen to the complainers and change this system because then the game will be reduced to a few clicks on the various automated dailies and a single interception run.
