I don’t want to be forced into crossplay.

Not true about the monitor. Acer sells one in the uk 4k, 120hz with 144(oc) so not actual 144hz but not far off and its £799.

PC's biggest advantage is the fps, fov and input mouse and keyboard is so much faster to snap between targets across the room from each other and even with hi sense on controller we still couldn't do the same.

I have recently started playing with crossplay on my PS4 and am finding it easier because there are more players of my skill level for it to put me with. 3 wins in my last 12 games with cross play on and in two of those games I was 2 v 1 against pc players and won. I just imagine everyone is a pc player and dont try and do silly stuff like sprinting across a road or room when they have los on me because a controller cant keep up tracking you but MnKB can with ease.

Also PC players moaning about aim assist that's such a weak argument. Aim assist is so minimal, and does not even stay on target if you strafe. The person has to manually stay on target. The other thing pc players dont realise is how often it works against console players. I have been hard scope sniping someone in a window and his mate will run left to right and it will pull my aim toward him for a brief second... but that's usually long enough for him to tear my head off with a HDR and send me to the gulag.

Finally cheats are cheats! 90% of cheaters are on pc, 8% on ps4 and 2% on XBOX according to cheat trends. I played crossplay off for a long time and can tell you categorically that ps4 cheating is rife and in the smaller cross play off section you are just as likely to get them in your ps4 games as you are in cross play lobbies and I'm not great. 0.8 kd and 18 wins(only 17 tracked) so if I'm getting them I cant imagine how many a decent player with a 1.5kd or higher or triple digit wins will see
